Beef Slaughtering & Processing Prices For 2019.

Slaughter:   $130.00 each animal.

                              $200.00 for slaughter only                   

  Vacuum sealing: $1.10 per pound  

(hot hanging weight) 


Sides of beef that will be split (quarters) will be cut the same to ensure both customers get equal amounts of beef. 


Patties / Cube Steaks: $2.00-lb. 

4oz & 6oz patties (minimum of 50-lbs)

PORK SLAUGHTER & PROCESSING PRICES FOR 2019

Slaughter:  $75.00 

Slaughter only $150.00

Hogs that dress over 350lbs $125.00

Vacuum sealing $1.10 per lb.

(Hot hanging weight)


Sausage: $ 2.00 (bulk) per pound. A minimum of 25lbs of pork trim is required for one flavor of sausage. 


Sausage in casings, linked and packaged or patties $4.00-lb

If trim is less than 25lbs. It will be made into ground pork.


USDA Smoking 

 Cutting and packaging is done by the smokehouse. You will need to contact them directly with your cutting instructions 


Custom Smoking

$3.00 per LB

(Delivery and pick up from smokehouse, cutting, slicing and wrapping 

Included in smoking price)

OR

You can bring your own meat to any smokehouse of your choice.
